Your team
The team assistant supports our teams and managers through organization, communication and taking responsibility for administrative tasks in order to ensure smooth workflows.
Your mission
- Support teams and business unit/department heads with administrative tasks
- Independent organization and planning of daily office operations
- Coordination of appointments and events
- General correspondence and business correspondence
- Preparation of statistics and presentations
- Invoice preparation and auditing
Must-have:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills
- Reliability and ability to work in a team
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English is a given
Nice-to-have:
- Initial experience in team support or office management
- Experience in preparing travel expense reports
- Familiarity with the HR software Personio
